"These rules may seem simple enough, but it will require great morale and physical courage to adhere to them. But if carried out in the strict sense of the word it will surely lead to a greater success than could otherwise be attained."

*** COVID-19 AHCC has suspended all large group rides for the foreseeable future. We are very hopeful as we look towards the summer but for now we’ll continue our small group rides. Check out our upcoming events calendar for more information and registration details. Also, we will host our meetings online via FaceBook Live for larger meetings until further notice.

AHCC's community cycling club aims to promote health within underserved communities. AHCC is working to improve green space for biking and walking opportunities in the East  Knoxville community. We are promoting diversity, equity, and access in outdoor spaces where people of color are underrepresented.  Promoting healthy lifestyles for cyclists of all ages, advocate for bicycle safety on behalf of inner city youth, educate members about bike maintenance, rules of the road, and legendary Black cyclist.  With these goals in mind, we can build stronger, healthier communities for the future through the sport of bicycling; expand the capabilities of youth from communities where exposure and access to this sport and lifestyle are limited.
